The following information applies to all Aromatic Wellness Consultations that I offer
Payment must be received prior to your scheduled consultation time, or the consultation will be cancelled until payment is received.
I recommend booking your consultation at least one week in advance. This allows time for you to complete the initial client intake forms and return them to me, so I can review your information prior to your scheduled consultation.
All cancellations require a 24-hour advance notice. If you fail to notify me 24-hours in advance of your cancellation, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
Once you submit your consultation request form, I will send you the intake forms that need to be completed prior to your consultation. After that, we will schedule your consultation appointment.
